妇科癌症化疗患者疾病不确定感及影响因素研究OA
Uncertainty in Illness among Chemotherapy Patients with Gynecological Cancer
目的：探讨妇科癌症化疗患者疾病不确定感水平及其影响因素。方法：采用一般情况调查表、疾病不确定感量表、症状困扰量表和社会支持评定量表对104例妇科癌症化疗患者进行调查。结果：患者的疾病不确定感得分为（100.75±12.46）分，其中90.38%的患者为中、高水平。回归分析显示：文化程度、肿瘤分期、症状困扰和社会支持是患者疾病不确定感的影响因素。结论：大部分妇科癌症化疗患者存在中、高水平的疾病不确定感，护理人员应根据其疾病不确定感的影响因素给予相应的干预。
Objective:To study the level and influencing factors of uncertainty in illness among chemotherapy patients with gynecological cancer.Method:A totally of 104 chemotherapy patients with gynecological cancer were investigated by a self-designed scale,Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS), Symptom Distress Scale(SDS) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Result:Total score of MUIS was (100.75±12.46),and 90.38% patients showed a middle or high level.Multiple …查看全部>>
