Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of inhalation of 3% hypertonic saline ( 3% NaCl ) combined with salbutamol in treatment of capillary bronchitis and nursing measures .METHODS: 104 children with mild, moderate capillary bronchitis admitted from Jan .2014 to Jan.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 52 cases in each .The control group were treated with inhalation of 0.9%NaCl combined with salbutamol , while the observation group received 3% NaCl combined with salbutamol . The improvement of efficacy , adverse reactions and improvement of symptoms in two group of patients were observed . RESULTS: The disappearance time of wheezing , coughing and rales , length of stay in observation group were statistically shorter than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The total effective rate of observation group was 92.31%(48/52), significantly higher than that of control group 82.69%(43/52), with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) . There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in two groups . CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of inhalation of 3%hypertonic saline combined with salbutamol in treatment of capillary bronchitis is remarkable , which can effectively relief the clinical symptoms in children .It is worthy of clinical application and promotion .关键词
