天麻钩藤饮与多巴丝肼片联合用药治疗帕金森病的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the clinical effects of decoction of gastrodia combined with madopar in treament of parkinson .METHODS:92 patients with parkinson admitted into the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University from Dec .2013 to Dec.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 46 cases in each .The control group were treated with uncariacombined with madopar , while the observation group additionally received decoction of gastrodia based on the control group .After treatment of 2 months, the treatment effects and quality of sleep were compared and analyzed between two groups .RESULTS:After treatment of 2 months, the total effective rate of observation group was 91.30%( 42/46 ) , and control group was 67.39%(31/46), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The quality of sleep in observation group was significantly better than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was significantly better than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The effects of decoction of gastrodia combined with madopar in treament of parkinson are remarkable , which can significantly improve the quality of sleep .It is worthy of clinical application and promotion .关键词
