摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the method of developing pharmaceutical service in the key patients by clinical pharmacists, so as to promote the rational drug use .METHODS: The clinical pharmacists summarized the method of developing pharmaceutical service by setting the anti-infectious agents as entry points and patients with diabetes mellitus as specific examples .RESULTS:The clinical pharmacists directly offered pharmaceutical service for the patients , assisted the clinic with safe and effective medication , and then the level of medication scheme for patients had been improved . CONCLUSIONS:The clinical pharmacists participate into the treatment team by setting anti-infective agents as entry points , establish corresponding working system , develop pharmaceutical service by their professional characteristics , all of which could promote the rational drug use and demonstrate the value of pharmaceutical service .关键词
