摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the method of providing pharmaceutical care for patients with sepsis induced by escherichia coli by clinical pharmacists .METHODS:Taking the treatment process of a patient with sepsis induced by escherichia coli as example , the clinical pharmacists participated in clinical practice actively , provided medication guide and formulated individualized pharmaceutical care plan .RESULTS: Through the individualized pharmaceutical care and promotion of rational drug use , the safety and effectiveness of medication in patients had been improved.CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists provided individualized pharmaceutical care for patients can improve the efficacy in clinic and ensure the rationality of medication .关键词
