摘要

Abstract

In order to satisfy the measurement of the physical properties of the solid and coating materials at low temperature,a set of low temperature vacuum test system was developed.The device adopts the solid conduction mode to make the heat sink to cool quickly,and the effect of the main performance of the test piece is simulated un-der the condition of high vacuum and cold black.The temperature and temperature uniformity of the heat sink and the precision of temperature control and other related parameters were tested and verified,and the results achieved the expected requirements.
