片冰机蒸发器的工程传热模型研究
Research on Heat Transfer Model of the Flake Ice Machine′s Evaporator
摘要
Abstract
The heat transfer characteristics of the evaporator of flake ice machine are analyzed.The engineering heat transfer model of the evaporator is established.A formula containing several important parameters of engineering ap-plication,such as ice -making period,ice thickness,evaporation temperature,inlet water temperature,thick-ness of freezing wall,is derived.The predict value of the ice-making period is in good agreement with the test re-sults.The heat transfer model can be used for the optimum design of flake ice machine.关键词
