用Lix973选择性萃取氨性浸出液中的铜和钴
Selective solvent extraction of copper and cobalt from ammonia leaching solution containing copper and cobalt using Lix973

Abstract
Copper was separated from cobalt in ammonia leaching solution by solvent extraction using Lix973 as extractant and sulfuric acid as stripping agent. The effects of extractant volume fraction, volume ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase (V(O)/V(A)), contacting time, mass concentration of stripping agent, V(O)/V(A) of stripping on extractive separation of copper from cobalt were investigated, and the optimum conditions of extractive copper using Lix973 were also obtained. The results show that the optimal extraction and stripping condition is as follows. V(O)/V(A) is 1:1, contacting time is 2 min, volume fraction of extractant Lix973 in the organic phase is 5%, V(O)/V(A) of stripping is 2:3, stripping contacting time is 1 min, concentration of stripping agent (sulfuric acid ) is 160 g/L at ambient temperature. Under the optimized condition, the one-stage extraction and stripping efficiency of copper are 99.29% and 96.13%, respectively.关键词
