蒙特利尔认知评估量表在齐齐哈尔社区老年人轻度认知功能障碍筛查中的应用
Application of Montreal Cognitive Assessment in the Screening of Mild Cognitive Impairment for the Elderly in Qiqihar

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of Montreal cognitive assessment scale in the screening of mild cognitive impairment in the elderly people in Qiqihar community.Method:From August 2015 to September 2015 in Qiqihar Tiefeng district 3 communities by multistage random cluster sampling method,each community was extracted from 2 streets,each of which was extracted from 1 area,and finally,166 cases were selected as the control group.In the same period,166 patients with MCI were diagnosed in the outpatient clinic of the department of internal medicine,Qiqihar hospital,and they were located in the MCI group.Used the Beijing version of MoCA,Mini Mental State Scale(MMSE),all subjects were screened for MCI.Result:The total scores of MoCA and MMSE in group MCI were (22.79±2.47),(26.85±1.75),the control group were (26.32±1.13),(27.93±1.24),the total scores of MoCA in the two groups were significantly lower than those of MMSE(t=11.748,P<0.01;t=12.365,P<0.01).The MoCA total score and the scores of MCI group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is feasible to use MoCA to screen the cognitive function of the elderly in Qiqihar community,and to establish the MCI cut-off value of different cultural levels,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
