Abstract
Objective:To compare the evaluation of cardiac magnetic resonance and ultrasonic echocardiography in assessing the struture and function in heart failure patients.Method:CMRI and UCG examinations were performed on 34 patients with grade III of New York heart function,calculated left ventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),end diastolic diameter(EDD),end systolic diameter(ESD),left ventricular end systolic volume(EDV),end diastolic volume(ESV),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),paired comparison and correlation analysis.Result:CMRI measured IVST, LVPWT,EDD,ESD,EDV,ESV,LVEF values were(8.6±1.8)mm,(8.6±2.2)mm,(58.2±3.2)mm,(35.27±3.6)mm,(194.64±37.2)ml,(140.15±33.0)ml, (42.12±6.59)%;UCG measured IVST,LVPWT,EDD,ESD,EDV,ESV,LVEF values were(9.2±2.1)mm,(9.3±1.8)mm,(59.7±5.9)mm, (34.12±4.8)mm,(202.34±34.59)ml,(148.14±41.78)ml,(44.75±7.57)%,the results of the two methods were positively correlated(r=0.843,P<0.05;r=0.784,P<0.05;r=0.786,P<0.05;r=0.730,P<0.05;r=0.812,P<0.05;r=0.764,P<0.05;r=0.831,P<0.05).Conclusion:CMRI can accurately assess the structure and function of patients with heart failure,can be used for disease diagnosis and curative effect monitoring.关键词
