Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness and accuracy rate of ultrasonic diagnosis on thyroid nodules,providing an evidence for the clinical diagnosis of thyroid diseases.Method:Eighty-six cases of patients with thyroid nodule diagnosis in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were received ultrasound diagnosis,then the results were pathological verified by clinical review or surgery.Result:The number of thyroid nodules through ultrasound diagnosis were different types of 72 cases of benign diagnosis,17 cases of thyroid tumors,15 cases of cysts, 33 cases of nodular goiter,7 cases of calcified nodules, 14 cases of malignant,7 cases of follicular carcinoma, 2 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma,5 cases of papillary adenocarcinoma,in which the pathology confirmed 71 cases of benign diagnosis,14 cases of thyroid tumors,16 cases of cysts,33 cases of nodular goiter,8 cases of calcified nodules,15 cases of malignant,7 cases of follicular adenocarcinoma,2 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma,and 6 cases of papillary adenocarcinoma.The accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis in the 86 patients was 93.02%,a total of 6 cases of misdiagnosis,which included 3 cases(3.49%) of thyroid tumor,1 case(1.16%) of cyst,1 case (1.16%) of calcified nodules,and 1 case (1.16%) of papillary adenocarcinoma.Conclusion:Ultrasound diagnosis can accurately identify the thyroid nodules with the correct rate over 90%.It is of great significance for the discriminating of benign and malignant thyroid nodules and post-treatment.关键词
