经纤支镜透支气管壁肺活检与经皮肺穿刺活检对周围型肺占位病变诊断价值的评价OA
Evaluation of the Diagnostic Value of Lung Biopsy and Percutaneous Lung Biopsy for Peripheral Lung Space Occupying Lesions
目的：分析经纤支镜透支气管壁肺活检与经皮肺穿刺活检对周围型肺占位病变诊断价值。方法：收集分析2012年1月-2016年1月在笔者所在医院就诊的周围型肺占位病变患者126例，采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，对照组32例，试验组94例，对照组采用经皮肺穿刺活检术，试验组采用经纤支镜透支气管壁肺活检术，比较两组的确诊阳性率。结果：试验组94例患者中，92例明确诊断，其中78例符合最后诊断，确诊阳性率为84.78%；对照组34例患者中，30例明确诊断…查看全部>>
