Abstract
Objective:To investigate the mental state of patients with cerebral vascular disease and to analyze how to do a good job of psychological nursing. Method:One hundred and twenty cases of confirmed cerebral infarction inpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to November 2015 were selected as the objects.The characteristics of the patients,the patients’ family,the environment,their influence to the patients’ mood,and the mental state of the patients with cerebral infarction using questionnaires.Result:The 120 cases of cerebral infarction patients included 32 cases(26.7%) of dysphoric,52 cases(43.3%) of pessimistic and worry,14 cases(11.7%) of suspicious and sensitive,and 22 cases(18.3%) of mentally stable.After the treatment,56 cases were cured,59 cases were improved,the total effective rate was 95.8%(115/120).Conclusion:Taking effective psychological care in view of the psychological state of patients with cerebral infarction plays an active role in patient’s recovery,which keeps the patient’s mental states in a positive,optimistic,cooperative status.关键词
