Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing in the emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction in elderly patients. Method:The clinical data of 60 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into high quality nursing group(n=30) and routine nursing group(n=30),respectively,the implementation of high quality nursing service and routine nursing service,the satisfaction degree and basic nursing qualification rate of the two groups were compared.Result:High quality nursing group total satisfaction rate was 86.67%(26/30) and basic nursing qualified rate was 83.33%(25/30)routine nursing group total satisfaction rate was 73.33%(22/30),basic nursing qualified rate 56.67%(17/30),the qualified rate of nursing satisfaction and basic nursing care of high quality nursing group were significantly higher than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing care in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction in patients with basic emergency care, not only can improve the patients’ satisfaction with nursing,but also can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
