Abstract
Through three years of the hospital probationer nurses of sharp instrument injury were retrospectively analyzed,to explore probationer nurses during their internship and the main reason for the status of sharp injuries,proposed hospitals and schools to safety knowledge and skills into school curriculum and teaching work,take effective preventive measures,to establish a set of multi sectoral linkage of scientific management system,to reduce the incidence of sharp injuries trainee nurses.关键词
