Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Budesonide nasal spray combined with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty for treatment of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Method:60 adult patients with OSAHS were randomly divided into two groups after the operation of multiple conduction sleep monitoring(PSG),the control group of 30 cases were treated with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty,30 cases of the experimental group were used Budesonide nasal spray combined with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Result:After 3-6 months follow-up PSG,control group,2 cases(6.7%) were cured,markedly effective in 14 cases(46.7%),effective in 6 cases(20.0%), ineffective in 8 cases(26.7%),the total effective in 22 cases(73.3%);experimental group cure in 5 cases(16.7%),markedly effective in 18 cases(60.0%),effective in 6 cases(20.0%),invalid in 1 case(3.3%),the total effective in 29 cases(96.7%);the experimental group total efficiency was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.706,P=0.030). Conclusion:The use of OSAHS in patients with Budesonide nasal spray combined with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty effect than simple palatopharyngoplasty.关键词
