摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of anal fistula underwent cutdown and joint operation line.Method:200 cases of anal fistula were selected from January 2012 to January 2015 treated in our hospital,according to the distribution of (0,1),they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with single low position incision,the observation group was treated by open suture combined with thread cutting,the treatment and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Result:The treatment costs and treatment time of the observation group were less than those of the control group,the complication rate was 3.0%,which lower than the control group(15.0%),the recurrence rate was 5.0%,which lower than the control group(15.0%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%,and the cure rate was 53.0%,which were lower than those of the observation group of 95.0% and 75.0%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incision combined with suture surgery treatment for anal fistula,can shorten the treatment time,reduce the cost of treatment,prevention of complications,reduce the recurrence rate,obvious curative effect.关键词
