Application of White Blood Transfusion Technology in Reducing Hospital Infection of Patients with Acute Leukemia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of white blood transfusion technology in reducing acute leukemia(AL) patients with hospital infection.Method:60 AL patients receiving hospital treatment in our hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,30 cases in each group,which they respectively received normal blood component transfusion treatment and white blood component transfusion treatment.The occurrences of the hospital infection in the two groups in the process of diagnosis and treatment were compared.Result:The nosocomial infection rate of the research group was 30%,the control group was 66.7%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the contrast research,applying white blood transfusion technology to the clinical diagnosis and the treatment of AL patients can effectively reduce nosocomial infection rate,and avoid the risk of death due to the infection,greatly improve the safety of blood transfusion therapy.关键词
