血同型半胱氨酸水平与老年人血压及心血管病的相关性分析
Correlation Analysis of Blood Homocysteine Levels and Blood Pressure and Cardiovascular Disease in the Elderly

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum homocysteine levels and blood pressure and cardiovascular disease in the elderly. Method:From January 2015 to February 2016,434 elderly people in our hospital were selected as research subjects,in which 218 met the diagnostic criteria of essential hypertension and clinical symptoms of the elderly as a test group,216 non-cardiac surgical elderly cerebrovascular disease as a control group,and the patients in two groups were fasted for blood check,their blood pressure,carotid artery thickness and Hcy relevant circumstances were observed and analyzed. Result:The test group of patients with carotid artery thickness and blood homocysteine(Hcy) levels were higher than those in the control group,patients in the test group with higher systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure than the control group,there were significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).Blood homocysteine levels and blood pressure and the incidence of cardiovascular disease in the elderly were closely related(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood homocysteine levels and blood pressure and cardiovascular disease in the elderly are relevant,and the severity of blood homocysteine levels,blood pressure and cardiovascular disease are directly proportional,the results of clinical diagnostic team hopes to provide relevant information.关键词
