摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma suction on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method:From September 2012 to September 2013,80 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who received in our neurology department were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group based on different surgery methods.Both groups were received routine medical treatment and the experiment group was received minimally invasive intracranial hematomas.The effects of both groups were observed.Result:After surgery,the nerve function defect grade, rebleeding rate,blood brain barrier index in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The surgical curative effect of the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma suction on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant,which is worth promotion.关键词
