Abstract
Objective:To observe the care effect of knee arthritis patients using traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing,intended to summarize the simple,satisfactory methods of care.Method:Seventy-six cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the dialectical nursing group(40 cases), and the routine care group(36 cases),the dialectical nursing group was used Chinese dialectical nursing according the patient's physical symptoms on the basis of routine care,the clinical care effects of the two groups were observed.Result:The hospitalized time was (14.37±1.25)d,the joint swelling disappears was (7.12±2.34)d,knee effusion disappeared (12.00±0.56)d,the total efficiency was 90.00%in the dialectical nursing group.The hospitalization time was (21.00±2.18)d,joint swelling disappeared was (14.15±2.68)d,knee effusion disappeared was (15.00±0.47)d,the total efficiency was 72.22%in the routine care group,there were significant differences in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese dialectical nursing can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, shorten hospital stays,improve joint swelling,promote joint effusion absorption,improve joint stiffness,relieve the suffering of patients,increase patient confidence in life and improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of promotion in clinical.关键词
