Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on total knee arthroplasty in elderly patients with osteoarthritis. Method:32 cases of elderly patients with osteoarthritis were treated with total knee arthroplasty. Through the perioperative nursing intervention,the HSS scores of time in preoperation and postoperative 2 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks were evaluated respectively.Result:Compared with time in preoperation,the HSS scores of time in postoperative 2 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks were significantly higher.All patients had no serious complications after postoperative 12 weeks.Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention can promote the operation of total knee arthroplasty in elderly patients with osteoarthritis and promote the recovery of the patients after operation.关键词
