Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of risk management in the oral care management.Method:From January 2012 to 2014,116 cases with oral diseases were randomly selected,and according to the order of its diagnosis and treatment were randomly divided into two groups,each group with 58 cases,the control group was taken routine nursing management,the observation group was taken risk management on the basis of the control group,the nursing quality score,the incidence of nursing accidents and nursing satisfaction before and after the implementation of the nursing management in the two groups were compared.Result:compared with before the implementation,the nursing quality management,diagnosis and treatment and disinfection quality score in two groups were significantly improved,and the score 3 index in the observation group were obviously higher than that in the control group,the differences between two groups were significant(P<0.05).The nursing adverse events in the control group was 20.69%,it was significantly higher than 3.45%of the observation group.And nursing satisfaction was 84.48%,it was significantly less than 96.55% of the observation group,the more significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the oral care management,application of risk management can significantly improve the quality of nursing,reduce nursing accidents and improve the patients’ satisfaction,reduced nursing disputes,has high clinical value.关键词
