The Nursing of Urinary Retention after Interventional Heart Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing after interventional heart postoperative urinary retention.Method:From May 2013 to May 2015,150 patients in our hospital of Cardiology were taken interventional heart surgery,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group,the control group was taken the usually nursing,the experiment group was taken nursing intervention.Result:The experimental group had urinary retention was 10.67%(8/75),while the control group was 26.67%(20/75),there was significant differences(P<0.05).24 hours postoperative urinary retention recovery,the experimental group(7/8) postoperative urinary retention recovery rate was less than the control group(14/20),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative urinary retention in patients recover is extremely unfavorable,nurses should be based on different causes and take appropriate intervention measures to stop after the patient catheter catheterization smooth urination.关键词
