Abstract
Objective:To analyze the community management mode on elderly patients with type 2 diabetic and observe and analyze its effect. Method:90 elderly patients with type 2 diabetic from the same community were randomly selected as the research objects and were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the community management mode.The control group was under routine community management,while the treatment group was received diabetes education group management on the basis of routine community management.The self-management behavior of the two groups were compared.Result:The self-management behavior in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Applied on blood sugar control for elderly patients with diabetes,the diabetes education group community management’s effect is significant,and it can also significantly improve patients’ self-managing level,and it has great significance in controlling blood sugar levels and reducing complications.It is worth popularization in practice.关键词
