新型特殊口腔正畸保持器在口腔正畸中应用的临床疗效分析
To Analyze the Clinical Effect of the Application of New Special Orthodontic Retainer in Orthodontics

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the new special orthodontic retainer in orthodontics.Method:Eighty-four patients of orthodontics from November 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital were selected as the objects and randomly classified into the improved group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The improved group was treated with the new special orthodontic retainer,and the control group was treated with Hawley retainer,the anterior teeth irregular index,dental arch length,length of dental arch arc,dental arch segment length,width between teeth and width between the first molar of the two groups were recorded and compared.Result:For dental arch arc length,(0.62±0.57)mm of the improved group was better than (1.03±0.74)mm of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For the tooth jaw irregular index,(0.36±0.29) and (0.47±0.40) of the improved group were lower than (0.85±0.31) and (1.01±0.32) of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The new special orthodontic retainer and the traditional Hawley retainer have good efficacy collectively in orthodontics,but the new special retainer makes teeth more regular,more beautiful.关键词
