摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement applied to the emergency department nursing teaching.Method:60 interns in the emergency department of our hospital from October 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group implemented the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group implemented the continuous quality improvement model.The teaching effect and the satisfaction to clinical teachers were compared between the two groups.Result:The theory knowledge,practice operation and comprehensive ability scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the satisfaction to clinical teachers of the experimental group(90.0%) was higher than that of the control group(63.3%),the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of adopting the model of continuous quality improvement is remarkable during the emergency nursing teaching process,which is worth popularizing widely.
