Abstract
Knee osteoarthritis is a clinically common chronic joint disease, which is caused by the articular cartilage degeneration and secondary bone hyperplasia. This article would summarize the clinical studies of acupuncture therapy for knee osteoarthritis in recent 5 years, there are various kinds of Chinese and western medicine theories and operating modes in acupuncture treatments for knee osteoarthritis, but the points selection and needling methods have not unified standard, and the related studies on its mechanism is rare, which is an important research direction in the future.关键词
