摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of three-step spasmolytic massage for hands' fine motor dysfunction of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods:60 cases of children with hands' fine motor dysfunction caused by spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into study group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), both of which accepted conventional rehabilitation therapies (occupational therapy, exercise therapy), while the study group combined with three-step spasmolytic massage on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapies, tested the muscular tension of adduc-tor pollicis, the thumb's range of motion, Peabody developmental motor scale (PDMS-2) to evaluate the efficacy before and 3 months after treatment. Results: ①After treatment, the improvement of muscular tension of adductor pollicis and thumb's range of motion were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05), comprehensively evaluated the relief of thumb spasm, the efficacy of study group was significantly better than con-trol group (P<0.05).②The result of PDMS-2 showed, the improvement of fine motor development quotient, grasping score and vision-motion inte-gration index of study group were all significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of three-step spasmolytic massage can improve the rehabilitation effect of the hands' fine motor dysfunction of children with spastic cerebral palsy, which efficacy is better than single rehabilitation treatment.关键词
