RPH结合痔动脉区消痔灵注射术与PPH治疗混合痔的对照研究
A Case-Control Study on RPH Combined with Xiaozhiling Injection in Hemorrhoids Artery Area and PPH in Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of RPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection in hemorrhoids artery area and PPH in the treatment of mixed haemorrhoids. Methods:100 cases of patients with mixed haemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases), the treatment group treated by RPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection in hemorrhoids artery area, while control group by PPH, observed the indexes of cured rate, postoperative pain, retention of urine and anal stenosis after treatment to evaluate the efficacy. Results:There was no statistical difference between the cured rates of two groups (P>0.05);the VAS score for postoperative pain of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group ,which had statistical difference (P<0.05);in the aspect of postoperative complications, the treatment group was bet-ter than control group which had statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of RPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection in hemor-rhoids artery area has a great curative effect, and its slight pain and few complications makes it can replace the PPH.关键词
