空气波压力治疗仪对偏瘫患者的康复疗效观察
An Observation on Rehabilitation Effect of Air Wave Pressure Therapeutic Apparatus in Hemiplegia Patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation effect of air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus in hemiplegia patients. Methods:60 cases of hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into study group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), the control group treated by conventional reha-bilitation treatment, while study group combined with the adjunctive therapy of air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus on the basis of conventional rehabilitation treatment, used FMA, nailfold microcirculation and hemorheology indexes to evaluate the motor function of affected limbs before and after rehabilitation treatment. Results:After treatment, the improvement of FMA score and every hemorheology index (whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen, ESR) and nailfold microcirculation score of study group were all significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion:The air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus can effectively improve the motor function of affected limbs, promote the mi-crocirculation, accelerate the local blood circulation and improve the ADL of hemiplegia patients.关键词
