Abstract
This paper is helpful to supplementary periodicals transformation and development in the new period. Firstly, it describes the new normal that supplementary periodicals is facing. Secondly, it analyzes supplementary periodicals development dilemma under the new normal. Last but not the least, it gives a solution that is the wisdom transformation.关键词
