针刺对脑缺血再灌注大鼠皮质缺血半暗带细胞超微结构的影响

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture on penumbra ultrastructure of the cortical ischemia semi-dark cells of rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Methods Focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion rat mod-el was made by modified longaˊs thread embolism method with paraformaldehyde perfusion and fixed by e and alde-hyde. After double staining with uranyl acetate and lead citrate,HU-12A electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructural change of the cortical ischemia semi-dark cells of rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Results In the model group,the 6 h neurons were mild damaged,with the peripheral blood coagulation,blood vessels surround-ing edema with obvious exudation,capillary lumen stenosis,cerebral tissue edema,and cerebral cell destruction. How-ever,in the acupuncture group,5D postsynaptic neurons structure kept normal with blood vessels smooth,no damage in capillary endothelial cells,no edema,exudation,nor necrosis in cerebral tissue,and the in crease of newly born blood capillary. Conclusion Acupuncture can relieve cerebral edema,the damage of neuron cells,and promote the prolifer-ation of new blood capillary,so as to protect brain tissue.关键词
