益心康泰胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛
Yixin Kangtai capsule combined with Trimetazidine in elderly patients with unstable angina
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Yixin Kangtai capsule combined trimetazidine in elderly patients with unstable angina. Methods The 66 elderly patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into con-trol group and Yixin Kangtai capsule combined trimetazidine group,33 cases in each group. The control group received conventional anti-anginal drug therapy;while combination therapy group received conventional anti-anginal medica-tion,and then gave Yixin Kangtai capsule combined trimetazidine. The course was one month. After the treatment,we observed the symptoms of angina,ECG ST-T,platelet aggregation rate and vascular endothelial function. Results Af-ter treatment,the total effective rate 87. 9% of the combination therapy group was higher than the control group 69. 7%(P < 0. 05);The total efficiency of electrocardiogram of combination therapy group was higher than the control group(P < 0. 05);Platelet aggregation of the combination therapy group were significantly lower(P < 0. 05);ET-1 of the combination therapy group were significantly reduced,and NO and FMD were significantly increased(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Yixin Kangtai capsule combined trimetazidine play an important role in elderly patients with unstable angina by improving the symptoms of angina,anti-platelet aggregation,protecting endothelial dysfunction.关键词
