慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期中医证候二次文献分析
Second literature analysis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase in Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the syndrome differentiation and the syndrome structure of COPD in stable phase. Methods With literature about syndrome differentiation and treatment of COPD in stable phase in TCM as the research object,through frequency analysis,clustering analysis and closeness of syndrome and the disease index analy-sis,the researchers get the common symptoms and the easily happened syndrome and then propose the streamlining syndrome to obtain the basic syndrome that establish the stability of the COPD syndromes and the connection among each syndrome pathogenesis. Results 1)17 kinds of symptoms such as cough,sputum,fatigue are the common symp-toms of COPD in its stable phase;7 kinds of syndromes such as lung spleen - qi deficiency are the easily happened syndrome of this disease. 2)The basic syndrome of this disease is qi deficiency and phlegm stasis(its disease index respectively:0. 532). 3)Comprehensive analysis indicates that the basic syndrome of COPD in its stable phase is qi deficiency and phlegm stasis,and the side syndrome is qi and yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis resistance lung. Conclusion The secondary literature analysis on the syndrome distribution of COPD in its stable phase can pro-vide a similar scientific basis with large sample epidemiological investigation in disease diagnosis and treatment.关键词
