健脾活血法对老年性高血压患者脂代谢的影响
Jianpihuoxue treatment of elder patients with hypertension lipid metabolism
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study jianpihuoxue for eld patients with hypertension lipid metabolism of effect and clinical application value. Methods Selected 110 elder paitents with hypertension,randomly number table method di-vided into observation group and control group. Control group was treatmennt with atorvastatin,10 mg / times,1 time /day,observation group was treatment with jianpihuoxue medicine,1 agent/ times,1 time / day. Compared two group of changes in lipid metabolism indexes before and after treatment. Results After treatment observation group elevated LDL,decreased TC,TG and HDL significantly better than control group,P < 0. 05;Observation group improve clinical effect of blood pressure and weight were obviously better than control group,P < 0. 05;in 6 months of treatment obser-vation group has one paitent of liver and kidney abnormalities,control group has fifteen patitens,accounting for 27. 27% ,occurrence kidney index abnormal rate of observation group was obviously less than controlgroup( P <0. 01). Conclusion Jianpihuoxue can effectively improve lipid metabolism in eld patients with hypertension,and has high security,has great reference value in clinical application.关键词
