个案化健康教育联合足部反射区按摩治疗早期糖尿病足
Early phase diabetic foot using case-health education unite foot reflecting region massage to cure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect on early phase diabetic foot using case-health education unite foot re-flecting region massage. Methods Choose 60 patients who are I class assessed by kobe classification,patients are di-vided in two groups,experimental group and control group by using random number table. Each group includes 30 pa-tients control group patients receive the conventional diabetic treatment and whole-classs education about early phase diabetic foot. The experimental group patients receive the conventional diabetic treatment and foot reflecting region massage. Self-management ways are teached,meanwhile,foot reflecting region massage methods are teached to patients and family members. Results Experimental group treatment effective rate is 86. 7% ,control group treatment effective rate is 56. 7% . Experimental group outperform control group,the result has statistical significance(P < 0. 05). Con-clusion Using case-health education unite foot reflecting region massage can improve the diabetic foot basic on con-ventional diabetic treatment.关键词
