痔疮止痛浸膏熏洗坐浴护理肛肠疾病术后疼痛水肿
Hemorrhoids pain of fumigation sitz bath care anorectal postoperative pain and edema of clinical observation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the hemorrhoids pain of fumigation sitz bath care the clinical curative effect o f anorectal postoperative pain and edema. Methods Our hospital 70 cases of anorectal postoperative patients,using random Numbers table were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 35 people,including the control group given conventional analgesic drug therapy and ordinary water fumigation sitz bath care,experimental group is taking on the basis of routine therapy combined with hemorrhoids pain of fumigation sitz bath care,both set to 7 days for a period of treatment,nursing 2 course of treatment. After the treatment,patients with contrast before and after the nursing in the pain degree and crissum edema degree,detection of symptoms improvement and calculate the total effective rate. Re-sults After nursing,two groups of patients with reduced pain indexes,crissum edema disappeared gradually,the ex-perimental group patients symptoms change was significantly higher than that of control group,and results the two groups have significant differences,with statistical significance(P < 0. 05);After nursing,two groups of clinical cura-tive effect is distinct,the experimental group the total effective rate was 82. 9% after patient care,control group total effective rate was 68. 6% after patient care,the treatment group total effective rate is significantly higher than the con-trol group,there are differences between the two sets of results with statistical significance(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Hemorrhoids pain extract has the effect of invigorate the circulation of qi and water swelling,external use fumigation can stimulate tissue repair the lesion site,can significantly improve the local symptoms,symptoms of pain,edema in patients with anorectal postoperative nursing is relatively effective,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
