针刺联合光动力疗法治疗面部多发性扁平疣
Acupuncture combined with photodynamic therapy on facial verruca plana
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinic value of acupuncture combined with photodynamic therapy on pa-tients with facial verruca plana. Methods The 96 patients with verruca plana were rando mized into the control group and the treat ment group with each group 48 patients. The control group received photodynamic therapy,while the treatment group received acupuncture combined with photodynamic therapy. The clearance rate of warts,clinical effects,recurrence rate and adverse effects rate of each group were observed. Results In treatment group,the total ef-fective rate is 93. 75% ,while control group 72. 92%(P < 0. 05). The recurrence rate of treatment group is 5. 00% , while in control group 7. 41%(P > 0. 05). The adverse effects rate is 8. 33% in treatment group and 6. 25% in con-trol group(P > 0. 05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with photodynamic therapy can increase the clearance rate of warts,decrease the recurrence rate and adverse reaction in patients with facial verruca plana.关键词
