延续护理对膀胱癌术后化疗患者治疗依从性的影响
Continuing nursing on treatment compliance in patients for bladder chemotherapy after bladder cancer surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors of treatment compliance in patients for bladder irrigation after TUR-BT,and the effect of continuing nursing on the compliance. Methods A total of 60 patients for bladder ir-rigation were randomized into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given the routine nursing and continuing nursing,while the patients in the control group were only given the routine nursing. The living qualities,compliance,satisfaction degree,adverse reactions,and recur-rence in the two groups were observed. Results The living quality and satisfaction degree in the observation group were significantly enhanced and higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05),the occurrence rate of adverse re-actions was significantly reduced,the treatment compliance was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0. 05). The treatment compliance in patients with higher living quality and satisfaction degree,and no occurrence of adverse reactions was preferable. The recurrence rate in patients with preferable treatment compliance was also signifi-cantly reduced(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Living quality,satisfaction degree,and the occurrence of adverse reactions are the important factors affecting the treatment compliance. The continuing nursing for the patients with bladder irriga-tion can improve the living quality and satisfaction degree,reduce the occurrence rate of adverse reactions,and en-hance the treatment compliance.关键词
