TCM nursing combined ShuXieTong injection in orthopedic postoperative prevention clinical observation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing of TCM combined ShuXieTong injection in orthopaedic surgery to prevent the clinical curative effect of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs. Methods Choosing our orthopaedic surgery patients 76 cases,using random Numbers table were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 38 people,inclu-ding the control group given low molecular heparin calcium injection such as conventional anticoagulant drugs for pre-vention and control,the experimental group were applied in the control group on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing joint ShuXieTong injection for prevention. Two groups of all nursing 16 days. Detection of two groups the incidence of DVT after nursing,observe the injured limb swelling degree,and in the blood rheology indexes to im-prove the situation. Results In the process of postoperative follow-up,4 cases were in control of DVT,the rate of 11. 11% ,the experimental group in 1 cases of DVT,the incidence was 2. 78% ,the incidence of the experimental group significantly lower than the control group(P < 0. 05);Nursing after two groups of patients limb swelling degree are de-creased,and the experimental group than control group in degree of swelling reduce obviously,two sets of results sig-nificant difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05);In the blood rheology before and after the two groups of pa-tient care indicators to improve the situation,the results show that the indexes were improved,and the experimental group than the control group improved more obviously,the boundary of two sets of results was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion TCM nursing joint ShuXieTong injection can reduce platelet aggregation function,decrease whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity,improve the height of the patientˊs blood coagulation state,fundamentally prevent orthopaedic postoperative DVT form,has a guiding significance in clinical nursing work,and is worth clinical promotion.关键词
