替米沙坦联合左卡尼汀对腹膜透析患者心脏结构及心功能影响
Telmisartan combined with levocarnitine on cardiac structure and function of peritoneal dialysis patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of telmisartan combined with levocarnitine on the cardiac structure and function in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)with peritoneal dialysis(PD). Methods A total of 80 pa-tients with CRF under PD treatment were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The two groups were both given PD. The patients in the control group were given levocarnitine oral liquid,10 mL/ time,3 t imes/ d. On this basis,the patients in the treatment group were given additional telmisartan,80 mg / time,1 time / d. The patients in the two groups were continuously treated for 24 weeks. Wangxinfang method was used to determine LVEDD,LVESD, IVST,E / A,DT,LAV,LVEF,and SV before and after treatment of the two groups. Results After treatment,LVEDD, LVESD,and IVST of the two groups were reduced,and the reduced degree of the treatment group was significantly su-perior to that of the control group(P < 0. 05). After treatment,E / A of the two groups were elevated,DT and LAV were reduced,and those of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P < 0. 05). After treatment,LVEF and SV of the two groups were elevated,and the elevated degree of the treatment group was signifi-cantly superior to that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion PD patients are usually accompanied by left ventricular hypertrophy,reduced myocardial contractility,and heart failure,which have been accounting for the death of PD patients. Telmisartan in combined with levocarnitine in the treatment of PD patients can effectively inhibit the myocardial remodeling,and improve the myocardial contraction and diastole in order to reduce the risk of cardiovascu-lar diseases.关键词
