左乙拉西坦在难治性癫痫治疗中的应用
Application of levetiracetam in treatment of refractory epilepsy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of levetiracetam(LEV)in the treatment of refractory epilepsy and its effect on the patients’living qualities. Methods A total of 96 patients with refractory epilepsy open self-control study. After adding LEV,the seizure frequency,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared. QOLCE was used to evaluate the living qualities before and after treatment. Results After adding LEV treatment,the total effec-tive rate was 70. 9% ,and the month seizure frequency was reduced to 41. 3% . The various scores after treatment were significantly improved when compared with before treatment(P < 0. 05). Conclusions LEV in the treatment of re-fractory epilepsy can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy,reduce the seizure frequency,and improve the living qualities;therefore,it deserves to be widely recommended in the clinic.关键词
