摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical and pathological characteristics of IgA nephropathy patients with hyperuricemia and analyze its related factors. Methods The 190 cases of primary IgA nephropathy were divided into to two groups:the group with hyperuricemia and the group with not. A comparative analysis of clinical and pathological characteristics was performed between the two groups. Results The prevalence rate of hyperuricemia in IgA nephrop-athy was 33. 16% . There were remarkable differences between the two groups in gender,BMI,blood pressure,blood lipids,Cys-C,Scr,urine protein,Lee’s classification,glomerulosclerosis,tubulointerstitial injury and renal artery le-sions. Conclusion IgA nephropathy is prone to hyperuricemia. Clinical manifestations and renal pathological lesions in IgA nephropathy patients with hyperuricemia are more severe than those of normal uric acid,which suggests that hy-peruricemia is associated with the prognosis of IgA nephropathy.关键词
