论高校学生违纪处分正当程序之重构

Abstract
Ruling the state by law is the substantive step for the realization of governing the state in a modernized way. It is a comprehensive and systematic way for ruling the state. By expounding on the significance of restructuring the due process of punishment of breaking-rules students, this paper analyzes the drawbacks of the present due process of punishment of break-ing-rules university students. It also provides specific suggestions in the aspects of norm, justice and guarantee of the process. It will take progressive functions for safeguarding the students'legitimate rights and prevent abuses of power.关键词
