国内外售电侧改革背景下的电力需求侧管理
How to promote DSM under the background of marketing electricity side reform at home and abroad

Abstract
After the release of retail side in China, power⁃selling companies on one hand need to use demand side manage⁃ment as the main approach to enhance the competitiveness, on the other hand can provide a large amount of energy space by control⁃ling the demand side resources, which promotes energy⁃saving emission reduction while improving the efficiency of energy con⁃sumption. Learning from the latest progress of the implementation of demand side management in the United States and Germany, this paper proposes some reasonable suggestions for power compa⁃nies to carry out demand side management considering the imple⁃mentation stage of power market reform in China, combined with the internally integrated ideology of multiple distributed energy.关键词
