钢桁腹混凝土组合结构桥梁新型 PBL-钢管节点试验研究
Experimental study on new PBL-steel tube joint for steel truss-webbed concrete slab composite bridges

Abstract
A new PBL (perfobond leiste)-steel tube joint suitable for steel truss-webbed concrete slab composite bridges and facilitates rapid field assembly was developed.To investigate the mechan-ical performance of this joint,a static loading test on a large-scale model was conducted.And a sim-ple V-shaped steel tube joint specimen without perforated clamping plates was tested for comparison. The results indicate that the failure mode of the new PBL-steel tube joint is the direct-shear failure in the joint area of the tube,and the main reason for the failure is the vertical shear in the joint area caused by the axial force difference of the chords.The shear capacity and the deformation capacity of the joint can be improved by the clamping steel plate,but the action shows hysteresis effect. The shear capacity of the PBL-steel tube joint is primarily contributed by the connecting bolts,the PBL shear connectors,and concrete of the chords.The calculation results of the simplified formula of the shear bearing capacity based on the failure mode of the joint is relatively safe,and the for-mula can be used to guide joint design.The new PBL-steel tube joint is reliable and for practical engineering.关键词
