Relationship between plasma free amino acid,serum miR indexes and hepatocirrhosis
目的：：研究及探讨血浆游离氨基酸及血清 miR 指标与肝硬化的关系.方法：选取于本院进行诊治的82例肝硬化患者为观察组，并选取同时间段内的82名同龄健康人员为对照组，然后将两组血浆游离氨基酸及血清 miR 指标进行分别检测，然后将两组中不同分期和分类患者的检测结果进行比较，同时以 Logistic 分析之间的关系.结果：两组的血浆游离氨基酸及血清 miR 指标存在明显差异，且不同分期者的上述指标之间也有显著性差异(P ＜0．05)，而不同分类者之…查看全部>>
