摘要
Abstract
Given that carotenoids are important fine chemicals, theBlakeslea trispora is receiving increasing attention since its higher industrial production of carotenoids. Numerous factors could affect the carotenoids production inBlakeslea trispora, among which the trisporic acid is one of the uttermost importance. In the present paper, the advances of biosynthesis of trisporic acid were reviewed, including summary of carotenoids production by fermentation, structure and biological function of trisporoids, biosynthetic pathway of trisporic acid and molecular biology of trisporic acid biosynthesis.关键词
