Abstract
how to correctly evaluate the real value of China's economic development not only is a major issue that needs to research deeply, but also has an important theoretical significance and practical value�The book, which named China's development evaluation report under the dual constraints of low carbon and environmental protection (2005-2011), made a comprehensive evaluation between low carbon and environmental protection development from regional and city′s aspects, a detailed analysis of the relationship among low carbon, environmental protection and economic development give us the important conclusions: the first is to coordinate between low-carbon and economic development so that to meet the development needs of different regions; the second is collaborate between environmental protection and economic development in order to solve the environmental problems during economic development; the third is to collaborate between low-carbon and environmental protection based on building a green industrial system; the forth is to focus on the spatial integration, promote regional coordinated development of low carbon and environmental protection; the last is to accelerate economic development among low carbon and environmental protection and economic development, which is our the priority.关键词
